1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to, accessing, or using the Supa Legacy IPTV service ("Service"), accessed at supalegacyiptv.shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing or using the Service.

2. Service Description

Supa Legacy IPTV provides internet-based television and video-on-demand streaming services. The Service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream content on authorized devices for the duration of your paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any content, feature, or functionality, with reasonable notice when possible.

3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

• Plans: We offer 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month subscription plans with varying device connection limits (1–5 simultaneous connections).
• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice via email.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew your subscription before the expiration date to maintain uninterrupted service.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Any price increase will apply only to the next renewal period, and we will provide 30 days' notice.

4. Payment & Billing

• Payment is processed at the time of subscription through our secure third-party payment gateway.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and cryptocurrency. All transactions are encrypted and PCI DSS-compliant.
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information. Failure to provide valid payment details may result in service suspension.
• All charges are non-recurring unless you explicitly choose an auto-renewal option.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund by contacting [email protected].

• Refund requests made after 7 days of activation are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Accounts terminated for Terms violations (Section 12) are not eligible for refunds.
• Partial-month refunds are not available for mid-cycle cancellations after the 7-day period.

6. Account Security & Usage

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Your subscription includes a specific number of simultaneous device connections (1–5) as selected at the time of purchase. Exceeding this limit may result in temporary session termination.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Sharing your credentials with individuals outside your household constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension without refund.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at [email protected].

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Redistribute, rebroadcast, resell, or share the Service or any content accessed through it with third parties
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the Service's technology
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt other users' access to the Service
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Use VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions for content not licensed in your region (VPN use for privacy is permitted but content availability may vary)

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on or through the Service are the property of their respective owners. Supa Legacy IPTV does not claim ownership of any third-party content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to stream content for personal, non-commercial viewing purposes only. No rights to download, record, reproduce, or redistribute any content are granted.

9. Service Availability & Warranties

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control, including Internet outages, server maintenance, and force majeure events.
• Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance via email or WhatsApp.
• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Supa Legacy IPTV, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Supa Legacy IPTV and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is illegal. Grounds for immediate termination include:

• Account sharing or credential redistribution
• Unauthorized reselling of the Service
• Using the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempting to compromise the Service's security

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 8, 10, 11, and 13 shall survive termination.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
