Detailed Setup Instructions

downloadMethod 1: IPTV Smarters Pro

    Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options. Enable "Apps from Unknown Sources" and "ADB Debugging". If you don't see Developer Options, go to About → click your device name 7 times to unlock it.

    Return to the home screen and search for "Downloader" in the Find section. Install the Downloader app from the Amazon Appstore.

    Open Downloader, enter code 5085251 in the URL field and click Go. The APK will begin downloading automatically.

    Once downloaded, the installation screen appears. Click Install. After installation completes, click Done. Delete the APK file to save storage space.

    Open IPTV Smarters Pro from your Apps list. Select Xtream Codes API login. Enter your username, password, and server URL from your Supa Legacy welcome email. Click Login — your channels will load automatically.

infoIBO Player Pro — via Downloader

    Ensure "Apps from Unknown Sources" is enabled in Developer Options on your Firestick (same as Step 1 above).

    Install the Downloader app from the Amazon Appstore if not already installed.

  3. 3

    Open Downloader, enter code 923441 in the URL field and click Go. The APK download will start.

    Click Install when prompted. After installation, click Done. Delete the APK to save space.

    Open IBO Player Pro. Note the MAC address and activation code shown on screen. On another device, visit the IBO Player portal, enter your MAC and activation code, then add your M3U URL or Xtream Codes credentials. Restart the app on your Firestick.

Roku Users

Roku does not support direct installation of IPTV apps like IPTV Smarters Pro, IBO Player Pro, or TiviMate. We recommend connecting a Firestick, Android Box, or Apple TV to your Roku TV via HDMI for the best experience. Alternatively, you can cast from a smartphone using screen mirroring, though this provides lower quality.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues & Fixes

The app keeps buffering or freezing

Ensure your internet speed is at least 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. Connect via Ethernet when possible. Restart your router and the IPTV app. If the issue persists, switch to a different server in your app settings or contact our 24/7 WhatsApp support.

I see 'Invalid credentials' or 'Login failed'

Double-check your username, password, and server URL from your welcome email — they are case-sensitive. Copy and paste rather than typing manually. If you recently subscribed, wait up to 30 minutes for account activation. Contact support if the issue continues.

Channels are not loading or the list is empty

Check your internet connection and restart the app. Clear the app cache in your device settings. Try switching between M3U URL and Xtream Codes login methods. Our 24/7 support team can verify your account status immediately.

The app crashes on startup or is not opening

Make sure you are using the latest version of the app — uninstall and reinstall from the official source. Clear the app data and cache from device settings. On Android devices, ensure Unknown Sources is enabled. Restart your device after installation.

EPG (Program Guide) is not showing

EPG data can take up to 24 hours to fully load after initial setup. Navigate to the EPG or Guide section within your app and wait for it to refresh. If still missing, go to app settings and select 'Reload EPG' or 'Update Playlist'.

Video is playing but no audio

Check your device volume settings and ensure the correct audio output is selected (TV speakers or soundbar). Try switching to a different channel and then back. In the app settings, try changing the audio codec (AC3, AAC) if available. Restart the app if needed.

The app works on Wi-Fi but not on mobile data

Some mobile carriers throttle or block IPTV traffic. We recommend using a VPN on mobile data. Ensure your mobile data connection is stable with at least 10 Mbps download speed. Switch between 4G/5G networks to test.

How do I update my playlist or refresh channels?

In most IPTV apps, go to Settings → Manage Playlists → Refresh or Reload. For M3U users, update the URL in your playlist settings. For Xtream Codes users, your playlist auto-updates — simply restart the app. Contact support if you need a new URL.

Screen goes black after a few minutes

This is usually a screensaver or power-saving feature. Go to your device display settings and set the screen timeout to 30 minutes or 'Never'. Disable any power-saving modes that may close background apps. On Smart TVs, check for eco-mode settings.

I can't find the app in my app store
